WHAT WE DO
Creation of Visual Legal Advocacy Media Content
CPE Studios specializes in visual legal advocacy, leveraging visual media and storytelling to simplify complex legal issues, humanize abstract legal concepts, and inspire action. Through documentary filmmaking, infographics, animations, educational videos, and other multimedia tools, we create compelling content to support legal arguments, raise legal awareness, and drive social change.

Our work engages diverse audiences—including lawyers, policymakers, and the public —by enhancing clarity, fostering empathy, and making legal issues more human and accessible. From documentaries on anti-fraud and anti-corruption awareness to systemic injustices, as well as visual legal advocacy for litigation support or policy advocacy campaigns, CPE Studios bridges the gap between law and legal awareness, advancing justice through innovative and impactful storytelling.

What is Visual Legal Advocacy?
Visual legal advocacy can be defined as the art of presenting legal arguments through visual means, as opposed to the traditional methods of oral or written advocacy commonly used by lawyers.

Creation of Edutainment Content for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) / Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Edutainment is a blend of education and entertainment designed to engage inform audiences in an enjoyable way. It leverages fun, games, and storytelling to make learning more appealing and accessible. By combining informative content with entertaining elements, edutainment encourages active participation and retention of knowledge. This approach is commonly used in educational programs and interactive learning platforms.

What is the problem with online or in-class education?
Online (e-learning) or in-class continuing professional education can often be boring and lengthy. Even when the topic is interesting, attention spans and learning retention can still be challenged. At CPE Studios (where CPE stands for Continuing Professional Edutainment), our approach provides the solution. We leverage documentary films as educational case studies for CPE/CPD to make adult learning more engaging. This approach is called Edutainment. Our e-learning professional development programs for CPE/CPD use documentary films as case studies, and we also organize live cinema events in movie theatres or at conferences (both online and in person) to showcase our original content. Additionally, our CPE/CPD content is accredited for legal and business professionals by professional associations such as the Law Society of Ontario and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Why do people love it?
Edutainment, a blend of education and entertainment, is an engaging approach to adult learning that combines educational content with entertainment value. It includes various formats such as documentary films and social media campaigns. Edutainment not only makes learning enjoyable but also enhances knowledge retention. It is a powerful tool used both in classrooms and beyond, addressing social issues and promoting public awareness on a global scale.
